EPILOGUE

Thanks for sticking with me through all these Chapters! Each Chapter leading up to ‘servant leadership’ was not intended to be one of those “to do-self help type” discussions. Rather its intent is to demonstrate an effective way to interact with and lead folks.

Remember the quote in the chapter ‘Servant Leadership’ by author and historian H.G. Wells, “…this
penniless preacher from Nazareth is irrevocably the very center of history. Without question, Jesus Christ is easily the most dominant figure in all history.”
Jesus (Yeshua) describes himself as being “humble and gentle in heart”. Being humble is not
being high minded, but rather it considers others as more important than one’s self. Humble persons can and do get angry, but only at the right time, in the right measure and for the right reason. Gentleness is not weakness, but a condition of the mind and heart. Humbleness and gentleness are the keys to a servant leader life style.

Understanding the life, teachings and truth of Yeshua (Jesus) is not difficult. Any difficulty you may have is accepting He is Ben-Elohim (son of God).  The leaders of the Jewish people, and even his shlichim, (disciples) refused to believe He
was the promised messiah, even though prophets of Israel foretold his coming hundreds of years before His birth. Yeshua
performed miracles that only God could do, one example being raising someone from the dead. The gospel writer John, an eye witness, gives an account of his raising a man names Lazarus from the dead. (John 11: 1-44). John an eye witness, testifies that he saw Yeshua put to death, buried and then after three days was raised from the dead. (John chapters 19 and 20) The other gospel accounts by Matthew (Levi), Mark and Luke chronicle this same event. Forty days after Yeshua was raised from the dead He ascended into Heaven, as was prophesied. His shlichim
put their faith and trust in Yeshua (Jesus) for the forgiveness of wrong doings and obtaining life eternal with Him. They then “turned the world upside down” by proclaiming the “Good News” which we can still have today.

Here’s the only home work assignment of the Visioneering-Ak web site. Dig into the Gospels and discover for yourself the life and teaching of the true Servant Leader and Savior, and commit yourself to believing in and following Him. You won’t be sorry. Your
reward will be temporal and eternal.

Bless you,

From the folks at Visioneering-Ak
